Every package is all-in : setup, full-service operation, cleanup, our 13 standard flavors (Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon, Tiger’s Blood, Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Fruit Punch, Peach, Blue Hawaiian, Grape, Lemon-Lime), our 3 rotating specialties (Pickle Juice, Root Beer, Chocolate), and our 4 signature combos (Mangonada with house chamoy and Tajín, Strawberry Delight, Root Beer Float, Pineapple Coconut) - plus compostable cups and spoons, and Ramon personally on-site for the entire event.

Custom & Large Events

For events that exceed Mega Star’s 150-guest, 120-minute footprint, we build a custom quote. Multi-hour deployments, festivals, weddings up to 300 servings, tournaments, three-day community events - Snow Stars has done all of them. Our largest single booking to date was a three-day community event serving 1,500+ guests. We operate a 2-truck capability for events that need parallel service stations. Send your guest count, hours, and venue and we will price it transparently within 24 hours.

Three packages: Rising Star $250 (60 minutes, up to 50 guests), Superstar $400 (90 minutes, up to 100), Mega Star $550 (120 minutes, up to 150). Every package includes setup, service, cleanup, all 13 standard flavors plus 3 rotating specialties and 4 signature combos, and Ramon on-site personally. For events beyond 150 guests, we build a custom quote.

Yes - fully refundable up to 14 days before the event. Inside the 14-day window we work with you to reschedule to another date within the same season rather than refund. If the event itself is cancelled by weather and we cannot reschedule, we will refund deposits case-by-case.
If you are at 100 guests exactly with a tight 60- to 90-minute service window, Superstar handles it. If guests trickle in over a longer window or you want a buffer so nobody waits more than a few minutes, Mega Star’s 120-minute time gives breathing room. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up - leftover capacity beats a line at the end.
No. The package price on this page is the price you pay for any event inside our 1-hour service radius from Dimondale. No setup fee, no cleanup fee, no per-cup add-on, no fuel surcharge. For events outside the 1-hour radius, we quote travel transparently before you commit.
