We arrive 30 min early. Cart needs a flat spot near an outlet and water within ~25 feet (gym, cafeteria, or outdoor field works).

Do you carry insurance for school venues?
Yes. Snow Stars carries commercial general liability and auto coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request for school venues that require additional-insured endorsements.
Are your flavors safe for students with strict dietary requirements?
Standard syrups are naturally dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free. Signature combos (Strawberry Delight, Pineapple Coconut) may include condensed milk; we walk every coordinator through ingredients before service. For severe allergies, tell us in advance.
How fast can you serve a 200-student field day?
Mega Star ($550) handles up to 150 students in 120 minutes. For 200-student field days, custom pricing is available — we scale duration or run two stations as needed. Ask when you book.
Can Snow Stars do a school fundraiser?
Yes. For fundraisers we can structure a percentage-back model where a portion of sales returns to the PTA or athletic booster club. Ask when you inquire and we will tailor the structure.
What happens if a field day gets rained out?
For rain or heat, we coordinate a covered location - gym, cafeteria, or covered pavilion. If the event needs to be rescheduled, your $100 deposit is refundable up to 14 days out; closer in, we find a new date.
