Have you served tournaments before?
Honest answer: tournaments are a 2026-season focus for Snow Stars. The closest reference event we have served is Holt Middle School student orientation. Our 150+ events since 2023 translate directly. We will not overstate experience we do not yet have.
Can you serve 200+ athletes between games?
Mega Star ($550) handles up to 150 in 120 minutes. For 200+ athlete tournaments, custom pricing is available — we scale duration or run two stations as needed. Tell us guest count, game schedule, and venue when you inquire.
What is the minimum for a tournament weekend?
Rising Star at $250 (up to 50 guests, 60 minutes) is the minimum tier. For single-team post-game parties Rising Star is typically the right fit. Multi-day tournament weekends get a custom quote based on duration and crowd size.
Do you carry insurance for school athletic facilities?
Yes. Snow Stars carries commercial general liability and certificates of insurance are available on request for schools or athletic facilities that require additional-insured endorsements. Email snowstars517@gmail.com with the venue contact.
What if a tournament gets rained out?
For rain, we coordinate a covered location — gym, fieldhouse, or covered facility. If the tournament needs to be rescheduled, your $100 deposit is refundable up to 14 days out; closer in, we work with you to find a new date.
