East Lansing is where we earned a piece of our reputation - two seasons running shave ice catering across the MSU corridor. Ramon has personally catered Alpha Chi Omega sorority on the Michigan State campus, the MSU Soccer Complex, and a corporate appreciation event for Towne Place Suites. One MSU football player from Texas would drive 30-45 minutes out of his way to find our cart because the texture and flavor reminded him of home - that kind of word-of-mouth on a college campus is the whole point.
Anti-franchise, not anti-competitor - Ramon shaves the ice himself at every event. Block-shaved (soft snow-like texture, not crushed). 100% raw cane sugar syrups, never corn syrup. Fresh fruit cut the morning of the event.

How far in advance should I book a sorority, MSU game-day, or corporate East Lansing event?
Two to four weeks is the sweet spot for most East Lansing dates. MSU-calendar events - sorority recruitment weeks, game-day weekends, finals-week appreciation events - book faster, so reach out as soon as you have a date. Yes. Indoor venues and off-season bookings are both available - tell us the venue and date and we’ll confirm the setup details (standard outlet, water source within ~25 feet, 10×10 footprint).
What’s the weather backup for an MSU campus or East Lansing outdoor event?
Most East Lansing venues have covered options - MSU sorority houses, the MSU Soccer Complex, and Towne Place Suites all have covered patios or indoor space where service runs rain-or-shine. For uncovered outdoor events (game-day tailgates, fraternity backyard parties along Grand River Avenue), we work with you to reschedule at no charge if weather makes the date unsafe. Tell us your venue when you book and we’ll flag a contingency plan.
