We arrive 30 to 45 min early. Cart needs a flat spot near an outlet and water within ~25 feet — indoor or covered outdoor space.

Have you catered weddings before?
Honest answer: weddings are a 2026-season focus for Snow Stars. Our 150+ events since 2023 translate directly to wedding service, and we offer attentive pricing for our first 2026 wedding clients. We will not overstate experience we do not yet have.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our wedding venue?
Yes. Email snowstars517@gmail.com with your venue name and the additional-insured contact. We carry commercial general liability and certificates of insurance are available on request for venues that require additional-insured endorsements.
Can you do wedding-themed flavors or shaved-ice cocktails?
Custom flavor pairings can be discussed when you book. Shaved-ice cocktails require coordination with your bar service — we provide the shaved-ice base, not the alcohol.
What is the minimum for a wedding booking?
Most weddings book Superstar ($400, up to 100 guests, 90 minutes) or Mega Star ($550, up to 150, 120 minutes). For intimate ceremonies under 50 guests, Rising Star ($250, 60 minutes) is available. A $100 deposit holds the date.
What if it rains on our outdoor wedding?
For rain or heat, we coordinate a covered location — tented reception area, covered patio, or indoor backup space. The cart packs into any covered space. If you need to reschedule, your $100 deposit is refundable up to 14 days out.
