Can you get a Certificate of Insurance for our corporate venue?
Yes. Email snowstars517@gmail.com with your venue name, the additional-insured contact, and your event date. Our certificate of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
Do you offer interactive or team-building flavor stations?
Yes. We can set up the cart as a flavor-customization station where employees walk through and build their own combo with our help — works well for team-building or after-meeting decompression breaks.
What is the minimum for a corporate event?
Rising Star at $250 (up to 50 guests, 60 minutes) is the minimum tier. For team-of-25 office events, Rising Star is typically the right fit. Custom pricing available for larger corporate runs.
Can the cups or setup be co-branded with our company logo?
Talk to us — for most events the compostable cups and standard setup are unbranded. For larger or repeat corporate accounts we can discuss custom-branded cups or signage. Ask when you book.
What if it rains on our outdoor company picnic?
For rain or heat, we coordinate a covered location — hotel pavilion, office atrium, or covered patio. If you reschedule, your $100 deposit is refundable up to 14 days out.
