We haven’t catered in Haslett yet - be our first. The same Lansing-area service standards apply: block-shaved ice, 100% raw cane sugar syrups, fresh fruit, Ramon on-site personally. We’ve served East Lansing events including Alpha Chi Omega sorority, the MSU Soccer Complex, and Towne Place Suites corporate appreciation - and we’ll bring those same standards to Lake Lansing, Haslett High School, and the Marsh Rd corridor.
Anti-franchise, not anti-competitor - Ramon shaves the ice himself at every event. Block-shaved (soft snow-like texture, not crushed). 100% raw cane sugar syrups, never corn syrup. Fresh fruit cut the morning of the event.

Fair question. We’re 25-30 minutes away in Dimondale, we’ve served 150+ events across the Lansing metro since 2023, and we run a 5.0★ Google profile. East Lansing events - Alpha Chi Omega, MSU Soccer Complex, Towne Place Suites - all run the same playbook we’ll bring to Haslett. Ramon is on-site personally at every event. Two to three weeks of lead time is comfortable; peak season (May-September) books faster.
Do you cater indoor and winter events?
Yes. Indoor venues and off-season bookings are both available - tell us the venue and date and we’ll confirm the setup details (standard outlet, water source within ~25 feet, 10×10 footprint).
What’s the weather backup for a Haslett outdoor event?
Lake Lansing has covered pavilion options that work for our shave ice setup - we run rain-or-shine in any covered space. For uncovered Haslett outdoor events (backyard parties, Marsh Rd block parties, Haslett High School field events), we work with you to reschedule at no charge if weather makes the date unsafe.
